Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders of £50 or over. Any orders under the value of £50 will incur a £2.50 shipping fee. All items are shipped with in 3-5 working days. Store Collections are free of charge and are ready within 1-3 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made within 28 days of purchase provided products are unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

​

Return postage is to be paid by the customer.

​

Returns can be made in person at Rachieroo Treatments (5 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1BP) at no charge.

​

No admin fee will be charged for returns.

​

Return payments will take up to 14 days to process.
